Oasis Collared Blouse
The foundation of the Oasis Blouse was developed from a commercial button-up sewing pattern, which I altered to achieve the final design. The original pattern pieces were modified through slashing, spreading and shortening. I also self-drafted a no-stand Peter Pan collar to complement the redesigned silhouette. Fabric manipulation techniques used include machine mock smocking, open-ended tucks, pin tucks and gathers.
